I am a 47 year old mom who has been struggling with my weight for the past 10 years. I have tried other programs to lose weight and I have not been very successful. Recently I've joined Better Bodies Training and it has been 3 weeks so far and I have to say that I find this program very appropriately challenging and very rewarding. I like specially, the early schedule of the program, since I will be done with my exercise for the day before I start my day. Variety of exercises and alternating with running and hiking every other day. Knowledge of our program leader, Chris about the program. He is also very encouraging when it gets to the point that its hard to go on. Every Monday morning you get weighed and monitored for the result of the week. So no cheating would be possible on weekends.
I have just entered my fourth week and so far I have not kept a food log the way the program has asked me to. So far I have lost about 6 lbs,. 4% bodyfat, and shed 3 inches off my waist; if I keep the food log and keep the recommended calories per day I should be able to lose much faster. I am enjoying this program very much and I definitely recommend this to everyone.

Chris's and Jeidy's ability to analyze my weight loss problems led me through a series of expertly crafted progressions of strength training, stretching-flexibility,cross training and nutritional help. Every workout was designed to push me and I always left happy,refreshed and excited to come back!
I have learned to eat right. It was hard at first to log in all the food I consumed but in doing so I realized how much food I was truly eating. The benefits of logging in my food and calorie intake helped me eat less and to choose my food more wisely.
I feel so much stronger and better physically. Happier to help others because I can now. I sleep better. My diet has improved, my clothes are looser. Above all I really enjoyed working with Chris and Jeidy. They helped me to push myself but to also understand my body and know my limits. This is one of the best things I have done for myself and I know if you start their program you will feel the same.
I needed to be motivated and get a good workout in the mornings and their 6-7 am workout worked well. I have more energy and think about my health and well-being a lot more. I am doing something for myself and feel great about it! I know I am stronger and I give my deepest gratitude to the best trainers...Chris and Jeidy.

I found Better Bodies in Training on Yahoo Events, I was a bit sceptical but wanted to know more. I'm a mother of twins and have Lupus and have struggled with fatigue , weight gain and haven't exercised in almost 2 1/2 years. When I spoke to Chris about the program he was very thorough and full of information. I decided to try the boot camp. It was extremely difficult for me since I was sooo out of shape. I've been in the program almost 4 weeks now and I feel fantastic! I love the fact that it isn't the same routine every time we work out, Chris is patient but still helps to keep me motivated and the best part is, is that I have lost weight and inches. All around I recommend this to anyone that is trying to feel good about exercise and improving their body.

Upon first talking with Chris, I agreed to try the boot camp for six weeks. Somehow Chris' approach made showing up on the first day easier and yet this was the biggest hurdle. We quickly agreed on goals, a timeline and an approach to achieve them encompassing running, circuit training and diet modification, or at least diet awareness. Chris chose fantastic trails to run and at times it felt like we weren't even in an urban area. The circuit training, while difficult, flew by and results were quick. Working out with a mix of people with different goals reduced the stress and created a camaraderie of shared experience, each rooting for the others.
I highly recommend the boot camp experience with Chris and as for myself, having successfully achieved my goals, I look forward to continuing, taking one goal at a time until it is a way of life.

I am a 46 years old wife and mother of two. It has been years since I have participated in any type of fitness program. Better Bodies in Training outlined both a physical as well as a nutritional program. Chris and Jeidi were "in my corner" all the way and were a big reason I was able to achieve the goals they set out for me. Both Chris and Jeidi are enthusiastic about fitness and extremely supportive. There was communication both at the boot camp and off. They customized workouts that were within my abilities.
