For those who are looking for a more customized program, for those who prefer 1-on-1 training to the group setting, we offering mobile (in-home, in office) 1-on-1 personal training. In other words, we bring the work out to you at whatever your venue might be (i.e., local park, apt, home, personal gym or even work).
Like our bootcamp (group training) offer, with the 1-on-1 personal training you will:

undergo a heath history analysis,

establish clear fitness goals,

and undergo a fitness assessment where you will get an ideal of what your % of body fat, RHR (resting heart rate).
From there, a fitness plan in combination with a nutritional plan will be developed with clear goals, objectives and a timeline for their attainment. Finally, a system of checks and balances will be put in place to ensure a high level of personal accountability on both your part and our part.
