Chris: Partner, Consultant, Trainer and Blogger


Chris has been involved in fitness and sports for nearly 20 plus years now. Having played sports in High school, Chris had an adequate level of fitness when he began kickboxing and martial arts training nearly 18 years ago. During that time, he managed to be promoted from junior assistant instructor to lead assistant instructor, coaching and assisting the other students in strength training, endurance improvement, speed, coordination, flexibility and power training. This would also be the time that he developed a passion for dieting,  yoga and mediation.  Chris would later go back to school and obtain an Associates Degree in Health and Fitness, a Bachelors of Science in Business & Marketing and finally an MBA. Throughout the years, Chris have trained others informally; it was not until he meet Jeidy and begin training her that Chris and Jeidy realized that they could transfer both their passion for working out and eating healthy to other  adults via a results based training model. Thus, Better Bodies in Training was conceived.

Jeidy is a fitness enthusiast with a passion for both exercising and eating right. Having started exercising nearly two years ago as a means of reducing the daily stresses in her life and learning how to relax, Jeidy has experience much more, in the form of a much more toned body, increased cardiovascular endurance, increase flexibility and increased energy levels. Being a woman and understanding the challenges the women go through to get and stay in shape, Jeidy realized that she had a responsibility to help these women enjoy the benefits of exercising that she has.  So, in collaboration with Chris, they decided to start Better Bodies in Training, with that mission firmly in mind.
